Please fill out the questions found below and submit them to a member of the Executive Team or Presidential Team if you’d like to revoke your ban.
If you are submitting a staff blacklist appeal, it is likely due to a violation of Frivo’s Staff Code of Conduct. Please understand that if your appeal is approved and you choose to return to our teams, any future violation of our regulations will result in a permanent blacklist with no further chance of appeal.
If you are temporarily blacklisted, you must wait until your blacklist period has expired before submitting an appeal. Once your appeal is complete, you are required to submit it through our ticketing system. Appeals should be directed to the Staffing Department or the Presidential Team, depending on your former rank.
<aside> ✋ Remember that you must wait 1 full week after the staff blacklist has been issued before you can submit an appeal.

<aside> ⏱️ If you have been issued a temporary blacklist, you must wait until your temporary blacklist expires, and then you’ll be allowed to return to our teams after you submit an appeal.

<aside> 🛑 Be careful! If you have been banned from our facilities or Discord Server, you must submit a Ban Appeal to a member of the Executive Team. Staff Blacklist Appeals and Ban Appeals are two different things.

<aside> ⏰ Please understand that it can take up to 120 hours for the Staffing Department or Presidential Team to revoke your staff blacklist and let you return to our teams. Rushing, arguing, or being overall disrespectful will result in your appeal getting revoked and a permanent blacklist.
